Schüpfheim-Sörenberg

Schüpfheim, the departure point, is easy to reach by train from Lucerne or Berne. You will be bewitched by the varied scenery and beauty of Entlebuch.

At Schüpfheim you will board a Postbus to the family-friendly resort of Sörenberg. Once past the idyllic Lamm Gorge, stop at Flühli to visit Switzerland’s most beautiful Kneipp facility. After a relaxing break and a short Postbus ride you arrive in Sörenberg. Sörenberg is well known as a family-friedly vacation spot near Lucerne and boasts a range of attractions to suit every taste: breathtaking views, colourful moorland landscapes in full bloom, sparkling rivers and a variety of hikes and mountain tours.

Sörenberg–Giswil

Now the fun begins – the road becomes ever steeper and its turns narrower. As buses ar unable to pass each other, they can only travel along the Panorama route in alternating directions and at hourly intervals. A unique travel experience with delightful scenery. The journey through the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch ends at Giswil. From here you can connect to Lucerne, Interlaken or Berne by train.
