General notes regarding reservations
Reservations are mandatory: by no later than 8.30 a.m. on the day of departure for both directions. There will be no extra services running. For passengers with a flat-rate pass (GA, BüGA [Graubünden season ticket], one-day pass, FVP [discounted travel pass for staff], Swiss Pass, free tickets, etc.) an Alpine Ticket surcharge of CHF 15.00 has to be paid.
No seat numbers are assigned. Passengers are free to choose their own seats. Passengers may board once their reservation has been made.
The following rail passes/discounts are valid: general rail pass (GA), Graubünden season ticket (BüGA) (St.Moritz to Chiavenna), half-price card, day pass, Junior/Grandchild ticket, Swiss Pass. The St.Moritz-Lugano-St.Moritz Postbus route is subject to a surcharge.
No bicycle carry-on.
