Arrival

PostBus route 121 or 221 from "St.Gallen, Bahnhof" (bus stop next to Hotel Metropol) to "Unterrechstein, Heilbad" (journey time: 33 minutes). The spa can also be reached from "Heiden, Post" on bus routes 121, 230 and 221.

Health spa opening hours

During the winter months (October to April), the health spa's opening hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday     9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday  9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
The health spa will be closed on 24/25 December and 1 January.
